The centerpiece of Tremolo Cove is, of course, the cove itself. It’s like a large, private, all-natural swimming pool! The 55 foot private sand beach opens on a sand-bottomed stretching 140 feet to the northeast, roughly 5 feet deep on the lake side. It’s a safe harbor, protecting your boat and 1,500 square feet of docks from most storms.
On the west side of the cove is a large fire pit with a view of summer sunrises and sunsets. The fire ring is four wagon wheel rims from a local pioneer wagon welded together and framed by local lake rock. A heavy gauge grill and roasting sticks are waiting for your dinner.
The property is wooded with beautiful collection of native cedar, white pine and birch and visited by many ducks, songbirds, and the occasional beaver, otter or loon. Tremolo Cove is named for the call of the loon.
It’s right next to Rainy Lake Marina with its boat ramp and the winter ice fishing road. But with hills, woods and a privacy fence you’d never know it while on the grounds of Tremolo Cove. The neighbors are nearly unseen, but the owner lives right next door if you need a hand!
Overall, the property is 2 & 1/3 acres with over 500 feet of shoreline.
