Make yourself at home in a modern four bedroom home just a few steps from the shore.

The house easily sleeps 8… or 12 with sofa beds.  Three bedrooms have queen beds while the fourth has two twin beds – ideal with the kids.  The master bedroom has a private bath, queen bed and sofa bed, as well as a cozy coffee deck on the lake side.  There are three full bathrooms and a half bath.  Sheets and bath linens are provided.

The kitchen has a gas stove and oven, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher and the usual utensils.  The dishes and silverware are enough for a few dozen servings before anything needs to be cleaned.  And if you’re entertaining, there are folding tables and chairs to seat 16, inside or out.  The large dock makes an excellent banquet space!  The water supply is a 2,400 gallon cistern of award-winning International Falls treated water from Rainy Lake.

From the dining, living room and rec rooms you feel like you’re right on the lake itself.  Cozy leather furniture make a wonderful place to relax in the living room.  The rec room has it’s own kitchenette, a gas fireplace and a combination ping-pong and pool table, overlooking both the lake and the cove.  It’s also a great room for watching movies!  A 133″ screen and projector are available for an additional charge.

Outside, the gazebo puts you in the outdoors with protection from the rare bugs and a perfect view of people and creatures playing in the cove!

There’s even an indoor garage, with room for two.  Outside, there’s parking for three to twelve vehicles, depending on how you’d like to pack them in.
